Order fulfillment

  • Online orders placed today will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days, with the exception of Custom or Bulk orders.
  • Custom or Bulk orders will not be fulfilled until the customer (you) has approved the final print proof. A print proof will be sent to the email provided during the online order, please check your spam/ junk folders if you do not see an email from us within 1-3 business days.
  • All of our products are handmade/ made-to-order in house (literally, we are a home-based small business). While we have strict quality control standards, it is possible that some items or designs vary slightly.

Currency

  • Prices are shown in Canadian currency (CAD). We are not responsible for exchange rates, duty fees or additional taxes.

Discounts, sales and coupons

  • Coupons, sales and discounts cannot be combined or stacked. Coupons can only be applied to regular priced items.
