Shipping policy

Carrier
We ship nation wide to the USA and Canada using Canada Post.

Order minimum
There is no order minimum.

Fees
Shipping fees are tiered by order total. Shipping fees start at $5. Additional fees will be calculated at checkout depending on order total and shipping destination. For USA customers we are not responsible for additional duty fees or taxes that may be charged by other couriers once the order has been shipped by Canada Post.

Timelines
Shipping timelines can range between approximately 7-14 business days and may be subject to unexpected delays beyond our control.

Address changes
Changes to your address must be made before your order ships. Once the order has left our workshop, you must contact the courier to arrange a change of address, and pay any applicable fees to them.

Package returns
If your package is returned to us, please contact us. If it's returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or it was held at the post office too long, you can either pay the shipping cost for us to reship the order, or we can issue a store credit for the value of the order minus the cost of shipping.

Important information!
We are not responsible for orders once they have left our workshop. Please ensure your shipping address is correct for the date of shipment. We are not responsible for stolen/ missing packages or any postal delays.
